Who we serve:
3,500 low-income, homeless, and foster children in San Mateo County.
How to donate:
Host a barrel drive in your office or at your holiday party—we’ll provide the barrel and will pick it up when it’s filled with toys!
Donate a gift card or make a monetary donation so we can use it to fill a child’s wish. Take several gift tags with individual child’s wishes on them. This a great project for your office, community group, place of worship, or for your friends and neighbors. You can even order items and have them shipped directly to Children's Fund Holiday central from our Amazon Wish list. How to volunteer:
Volunteer at our “Holiday Central” as we pack gift bags with a child’s specific holiday wish. This is a family-friendly opportunity and we welcome volunteers age 8 and up. We also welcome groups of 5-15 people! Volunteer shifts are weekdays from 12-5pm in November and December with added Saturday shifts during the first two weeks of December.
